We had a bad experience with the leasing company but with Lindsay’s experience and advise these adversities were easily overcome. -Nothing was too much trouble
–Happy to test anything (even going to my place to see if i could fit a large muscial instrument in the back) - this made a HUGE difference - it determined whether to get hatchback or wagon.
- tuned the radio in for me (lovely touch, I’m not good with those things)
-When Lesley wasn’t available another person he works with (Dale) was happy to help with any questions
-Acknoweldged me even when busy with other customers
-Took me seriously - didn’t just sit back and expect car to sell itself, also didn’t focus on the male or older person that went with me (as at the beginning it was clarified that i was the one interested in buying a car, not the person with me)
-Noticed he stayed back late on a few occasions for test drive/ questions without even commenting he was, in theory, finsihed
-Very thorough going through car at delivery
-Given a small box of wine/food when took delivery - a lovely touch
-offered to help if i have any questions later - and said in a way that i do feel comfortable enought to contact him if i have questions (but he was so thorough i don’t think i will)
