Over the past DC Motors Rockhampton has supported various local community organizations throughout our region. Listed below are just a few of the community organisations and groups that we have recently supported:

2010 DC HYUNDAI LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COOLING OFF PERIOD.  This agreement is subject to a 48 cooling off period from the date of signing.  The club requires a written request within 48 hours of signing the agreement in order to cancel the agreement.

 REFUNDS.  Whilst we offer our facility for you to access and enjoy it is ultimately your decision and responsibility to maintain this practice, we can not take responsibility in the event of this practice ceasing, and therefore do not grant refunds.

 WEEKLY WEIGH-INS.  In order to be eligible for the first prize of the Hyundai i30 all weigh-ins must be completed, it is the responsibility of the contestant to weigh in between the hours of 5:30am and 8:30pm each Thursday.  All weigh-ins must be witnessed and initialed by both the competitor and a Rockhampton Fitness Centre representative. If you are unable to attend the weigh-in, an alternate time must be organized and approved 12hrs prior to the close of business of the respective Thursday.

 DISCLOSURE OF STILL AND VIDEO IMAGES.  All contestants must provide two (2) pictures at the beginning of the event (one head image and one full body image, to be taken and stored by Rockhampton Fitness Centre).  These images will be used by Rockhampton Fitness Centre in the promotion of this event.  It is also possible that incidental images of competitors may be published in a public domain, by signing this agreement you have given your consent for your image to be published in any legal public forum that is related to this competition (including print, electronic media and associated websites).

 DISCLOSURE OF TITLE.  In the process of the event your name may be used in association with this event, generally in conjunction with the publishing of your image.  By signing this agreement you have given your consent to publish your name only, this does not give Rockhampton Fitness Centre the right to distribute any other personal information.

 DISCLOSURE OF WEIGHT.  As this is a weight orientated event your weight may be published in a public domain in association with your name. By signing this agreement you are giving your consent for Rockhampton Fitness Centre to distribute this information to any associated parties.

 PROOF OF PHYSICAL HEALTH.  Prior to your commencement in this event it is your responsibility to provide a medical certificate by a legal registered medical practitioner stating your suitability to undertake a strenuous physical activity program.  This certificate must be provided at the time of signing this agreement.

 CHALLENGES.  Challenges are not compulsory however we strongly suggest you attend as many as possible.

 ACCEPTANCE OF MAJOR PRIZE.  Upon accepting the major prize and signing this agreement you have consented to maintaining ownership of the Hyundai i30 for a minimum of 12 months. During this period the Hyundai i30 is to receive its scheduled services at DC Motors Rockhampton. The promotional signage that is fitted to the vehicle must remain in place for a minimum of three (3) months from the date you take receipt of the vehicle.

 ENTRY OF PREVIOUS CONTESTANTS.  Previous contestants of the Lifestyle Challenge (or previous forms of this event) WILL NOT be eligible for any weight orientated prizes, UNLESS their initial weigh in for the 2010 event is within 5% of their finishing weight of their most recently contested event.
